1. No Refunds Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not issue refunds under any circumstances. This policy ensures the hygiene and safety of our valued customers.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, lingerie is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once the product has been shipped, it is considered final sale.

3. Exceptions

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Please provide proof of purchase and photographs clearly showing the defect or incorrect item.
• Upon verification, we will replace the defective or incorrect item at no additional cost.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
